Chanterelles(Cantharellus cibarius)

are popular edible wild mushrooms in Europe and North America. They’re a family of mushrooms, but the name often refers to golden or yellow chanterelle. Chanterelles are trumpet-shaped and have a strong apricot smell. Soak for 15–20 minutes in warm water.
